Order Customization

At Karizma Jewels, we are delighted to offer custom orders tailored to your specific size, weight, and other unique requirements. Please review the details of our custom order process below:

Custom Specifications: We welcome customization requests, including adjustments to size, weight, and other personalized details.
Production Time: As each piece is handcrafted, we require 7-10 days for manufacturing and dispatching your custom order.
Handmade Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight design variations and minor imperfections may occur. These reflect the artistry and human touch behind each creation, making your piece truly unique.
Non-Cancelable Orders: Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Weight & Price Adjustments: Any changes in the weight or design that affect the final price will incur additional charges. A payment collection invoice will be sent for the price difference, and the order will be shipped once full payment is received.
Delivery Estimates: Please note that estimated delivery dates provided on our website are not applicable to custom orders due to the time required for personalized production.

Cancellation/Return Policy: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. In case of cancellation, product-making charges will be deducted from the refund.
