How much time it will take to deliver the item?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 4-7 business days, Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that any delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Estimates for Customized items : Please note that estimated delivery dates provided on our website are not applicable to custom orders due to the time required for personalized production. For custom-made products, please allow a manufacturing period of 4 to 5 days.
What if i do not receive the item i paid for?
We use safe shipping services (Even in Free Shipping ) so that order is delivered on time in good condition.
In rare case if order is not delivered to you or lost in transit, we may try to send you new replacement or will refund you 100% of your paid amount as per your preference, so there is nothing to worry about your money and your purchase is 100% safe with Karizma Jewels.
Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction; however, we accept returns only in cases where a wrong item has been delivered or the product is defective/damaged, and such claims must be supported with a proper unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal liking or disliking, design preference, or minor variations that may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Customers are required to inform us within 2 days of delivery and ensure that the product is returned within 7 days in its original condition, unused, and with complete packaging. For size-related issues, we offer exchange only (shipping charges applicable), and no refunds will be provided in such cases. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions.
Cancellation/Return Policy of Customized products: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. In case of cancellation, product-making charges will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange of Product:
Customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product to request an exchange. A pickup will be arranged within 48-72 hours of receiving the exchange request. A charge of ₹250 will be applied for return pickup and reshipment if an exchange is requested. This fee covers the logistical costs of collecting the item from your location and delivering the replacement to you. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 to 7 days after we receive the returned product. (Note: Timelines may vary if the replacement item requires manufacturing or due to logistical factors.) We aim to ensure a seamless experience while providing efficient service for your convenience.

No Open-Box Delivery Policy:
For the safety of your jewelry and to maintain secure handling during transit, open-box delivery is not available for any jewelry orders placed with us. Our Jewelry pieces require strict packaging control to prevent tampering, theft, or misuse. Therefore, couriers are not permitted to open the parcel before payment or delivery confirmation. Once delivered, customers may record their unboxing and contact us immediately if any issue is found. This policy protects both the buyer and the company from fraudulent activities and ensures every item reaches you safely and in original condition.
Important Notice:
1) For any return or refund requests due to faulty delivery (e.g. stolen product, damaged item, or empty package), you must provide an unboxing video as proof.⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your complaint.
