What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is Free on Prepaid orders above Rs500/-

Regular shipping costs are: Rs60/- for Prepaid orders and Rs100/- for Cash on delivery orders.

How much time it will take to deliver the item?
Average Delivery time is 4-5 Days

What if i do not receive the item i paid for?
We use safe shipping services (Even in Free Shipping ) so that order is delivered on time in good condition.

In rare case if order is not delivered to you or lost in transit, we may try to send you new replacement or will refund you 100% of your paid amount as per your preference, so there is nothing to worry about your money and your purchase is 100% safe with Karizma Jewels.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are dissatisfied with the product , we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction with the product, customer have the liberty to return the product for a refund. Return shipping is to be born by buyer. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 15 days of receipt of product will not be entertained for cancellation or return. Buyer is required to make an unboxing vedio while opening the package so that in case of any kind of damage or issue with the product, same can be checked and exchange of product can be done. Kindly make video in clear light so that any damage is clearly visible.
